Brandnew mouse messing up

I brought this yesterday and every now and again consistently it snaps to the left (I've went in and disabled everything and it still does this, in and out of games, so i tried using a mouse pad, and this still hasn't helped it, its very frustrating and I can't find anything close to this problem on the internet.

It is a mossy Oak usb mouse, my last 2 were fine for a long time (Different brands) but this one, the cursor just flies to the left (Whilst i'm not typing both on mouse pads and off) its so SO FRUSTRATING.

Yes, sorry for the long wait short replies. I bought it now two days ago and this problem still happens, more so than ever, I plan on buying a different one soon, could you recommend some wireless/usb mice for me that will work that this won't happen, nothing above $60 please.

I took that as it needed to be wireless with a USB dongle, not like bluetooth.
