Default Brand New Parts! Not Posting!

So, I just finished receiving my brand new desktop parts in the mail, and everything seems to be powered up, but then when I connect it to a monitor, nothing shows up and it says Monitor is going to sleep. I don't know what is wrong and I have replaced almost all of my parts with different ones and same results.

I have:
Intel i5 @ 3.1 Ghz
Intel Desktop board dp67bg
AMD Radeon 7850
8 Gbs of Ram
NZXT Phantom 240 Case

Remove the mother board from the case (set it on a non-conductive surface) and see if it'll post outside of the case. You should remove anything that connects to the board except one memory module, cpu/heatsink/fan and only the video card if you have too (use the on board graphics if you can). Connect the necessary power cables from your power supply and temporarily short the two "pwr" front header pins on the mother board to get to to boot up and show post

So, when I did that, I got the same results. Any other ideas?

What particular model i5? What model/wattage PSU? Speed/brand/model of RAM?
