Default Brand New Dirty CPU?

Hi everyone. I just bought a full AMD X4 955 build.

My problem is, the brand new cpu looks to be dirty. I tried to clean it with alcohol but it's not going away. Take a look at it:

I bought it from TigerDirect because the prices at the time were better than Newegg. And I just bought an Intel build from them and everything went fine. The CPU was sealed so I know it wasn't used from TD but it might have been refurbished from AMD. It didn't say refurbished when I bought it from here.

Is this a real problem? Should I contact AMD?

It really jusat looks like a bad printing job when they printed the writing. I'd only complain when it doesn't work.

I've seen worse, you can't see it with thermal paste and a heat sink on top of it.

I'm not worried about what it looks like I just thought it might effect performance. I didn't feel like building it and it not work. I'll see how it goes though. Thanks.
