Default Booting problem

This morning when I went to turn on my PC it simply loaded the BIOS and got to the windows user sign in, and within 2 secs going to select my user name the monitor flickered and went back to loading the bios. I restarted a few more times but nothing changed. Then about on the 5th time it gets past the 3 BIOS screens and screen goes black. Not the black of the monitor being off, but a dark grey with nothing on it. I tested it with another monitor and same thing. No windows loading screen. What do I do to fix this??? I'm open for ANYTHING.

ALSO: Before I got the blank screen thing, I tried loading in SAFE MODE and it worked but I couldnt access the internet even though the net was fully operational on other PC's.
