boot problem

i just got a new graphics card, ATI Radeon X800XT, i put it in after uninstalling my old Nvidia card, but then the pc wouldnt boot up. everything powered on fine but nothing shows on the screen. i tried swaping the cards over again but its still the same with my old card which was working fine thismorning. please someone help me

Hi I think that you may need tyo change a few things on your pc. Go to your manufacturers website, then download the latest bios etc. you may need to run the software (cd) before you uninstall, If this doesnt work maybe you have the wrong type of interface, please give me the full details of your pc and hardware you are trying to instrall, Thanyou Alex

Maybe you need to contact the supplier and get a new one unless YOU have killed it. These items are VERY sensitive to static electricity!!!

its not the card thats broken, it works fine in my other pc, its the motherboard i think...
