ok, i have a socket 939 mobo with onboard gfx but i dnt use it as it sucks, instead i use my ati radeon x550 which is in the pci-e slot.
the thing is i have just installed an old cd-rw drive frm and old dell just for the sake of it and sinse then everytime i load windows and log on it tries to install the drivers for the onboard gfx then sets the windows vista theme to basic
ive tried reinstalling the drivers from the cd but i dnt think the disk is vista compatible so it dosnt do anythin,
im gonna try removing the cd-r drive n see what happens, suggestions would be lovely as usualy!
