Bluescreens!!!!!!!!!

Recently I got aruond building a pc. usually im not an amd guy but i decided to expad my horizons and go with a media processor since I do alot of dwnlding and gaming and etc. but I keep getting this **** blu screen that gives me a bug code:

Bccode 9c BCP1:00000004 BCP2:8054FF0 BCP3:b2000010 BCP4:00010C0F OSver:5_1_2600 SP:2_0 Product:256_1

I wanted to know what are the possibilities of the problem and how do I read these codes.

i have the following:

Micro Atx MSI K8MM-V mother board
AMD Sempron 2800+ 1.6 GHZ
512 GB Ram Mushkin
120 GB HDD Seagate
300 watt power supply
Liteon DVD Rom
56k Modem
ATI Radeon X700 pro graphics card


Im running at 800 MHZ FSB
temps dont exceed 107 F or 42 C
Smart fan set to 60C
Agp runs at 256MB
AGP set to 1.7 V
and processor set to 2.5

Not sure this will help but give it a try.Just put error in google and check it out.I was only able to get a response with Bccode 9c but it may help you to try it out for more ideas.
