Hello someone at my dorm has a laptop and every time he goes on the internet he can log onto the first page but after that he always gets this screen popping up. This happens every time he goes online as well.
I understand it says "uninstall hardware and software" but come on that is just WAY too broad. Does anyone know how to fix this or has had experience with this before?
