Default Blue Screen No Matter What

when i start my computer, no matter what mode i try to run it in it comes to a blue screen that says

"A problem has been detected and windows as been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME"

and then it says this stuff about uninstalling hardware and running in safe mode, but even when i try to run safe mode it doesnt work

computer worked fine about 5 hours ago, and i havent installed any programs in a few weeks, however i suspect it may be due to some spyware or viruses that may have accumulated on my pc

please give any suggestions, i really need to be able to use my computer

thanks

Haha j12. Well, since you haven't installed any programs or anything, this could be that your HDD is corrupted or RAM is defective. Have you installed any hard-ware before the BSOD came up?
