hmm sorry to get back to my original subject, but that's the reason why I opened this thread 
I tried one stick at a time and use PC hours. It suddenly restarted as usual, but no blue screen (BTW it didn't make me the blue screen all the time, most of the time it just restarts without warning, even with the two sticks together).
I went to Application and system logs to see if a driver could have sent a message, but all I found at the time of crash is two eventlogs and one save dump which I'll copy here, in case anyone understands those adresses.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e (0xc000001d, 0x80575797, 0xf5efcc40, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini100406-01.dmp.
Does that message talk to anyone here ?
