Blue Screen Error

Hello Everyone,

My computer is crashing lately with a blue screen error. I'm pretty sure I need new RAM, but I want to make sure before I go ahead and order more. The code is :
IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE.

And the Technical Information is :

My specs are:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
Memory: 9216MB RAM
RAM: 9208MB RAM G.Skil triple channel.
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680
PSU: 750W Corsair
MOBO: Rampage Formula III

Do you have the minidump files that were generated from the BSOD(s)? That way we can analyze them and determine what was causing the issue.

The crash dump files that are located under C:\Windows\Minidump

There should be files in there, listed in order of the date they occurred.

Zip these together, upload them somewhere, and post them here.

I'm having trouble uploading and posting the files here. I'm the administrator for the computer, but everytime I try uploading the files it says I don't have permission and to contact the admin, which is me.

Copy the files out of the C:\Windows\Minidump directory to somewhere like your desktop, and then zip them up.

Is the zip file size less than 97 kilobytes?

There are 5 files and each of them are 290 Kilobytes.

Upload the zip to a filesharing site.

There's RapidShare, DropBox, SkyDrive (if you have a Hotmail or Outlook account), Google Drive, etc.
