Does it only happen during games mainly?

You could try running a CPU stress test such as Prime95 to see if it's a CPU issue. Could also possibly be a board issue... Or some other driver that I wasn't able to find :\.

I'll try that, it's only done it once today which is good I guess. Would it be worth posting in some other forums see if anyone else has experienced something similar?

Could always try reinstalling Windows fresh as well, which would eliminate the possibility of a software/driver problem.

Have you done a disk check on your hard drive yet? Having a bad sector that windows is attempting to write to or read from can cause havoc and bsod's on your system also
