Blue screen after poweroutage?

One of the computers in my house gets a blue screen on boot after the power went out in my house. Don't know what the problem is. The computer is an HP, if you need model/specs i would give it to you guys. But any general help?

Try to start in last known good configuration hit F8 while booting until the boot screen appears. If nothing elso try a reinstall. You may have lost your windows boot sector.
