Update all your drivers (chipset/network/video/sound/etc).

I just used MSI Live update 6 and the only updated driver they detected was the Lan one

Get updates from individual component manufacturers' sites instead of from MSI or their update tool.

I'm downloading the chipset driver right now after looking at device manager their is a caution type sign by the PCI Device

For the item(s) that has a yellow exclamation mark, do the following:
Right click -> Properties -> Details tab
Post the following info for each item that has a yellow exclamation mark:
Under "Hardware Ids" in the dropdown, it should have something like VEN_####&DEV#### ; post that section, where #### = some alphanumeric combination.

Well it's something for AMD...lol.

After installing/updating all your drivers, see if it's still there.

Just installed the Chipset Drivers and it's gone so that might have been it lol
