im increased the core voltage and i tried FC2 and Bioshock and had no interruptions. so i guess my OC was unstable.

I reinstalled my memory sticks after 4 hour intervals, completely unplugged everything and waited. currently no interruptions. I'll keep this in mind the next time (if any) i decide to OC.
