Okay, Im new to this website so yeah I have a COMPAQ Presario I don't know what type of video card I have or anything like that so yeah everytime I turn on my PC it loads up COMPAQ screen then it goes black no mouse or anything. But the reason why it does that is because I installed a new theme for the Desktop the computer restarted and never turned back on 
I can't enter safe mode or VGA mode. So anybody has any answers I've looked everywhere for a answer but never found one so please help me !!! And thank you
