bizarre FPS issues

Ok this doesn't make any sense, any game I play I get a constant fluctuation in FPS...Whether it be World of Warcraft or Dawn of War.

I've been over everything a dozen times...

-No overheating on the CPU/Video/Chipset/RAM
-Defragmented over and over again
-Video drivers up to date

This is so amazingly frustrating I cant figure out what the **** is going on.

What settings are you playing on what resolution etc the 6600GT

Its probably normal with that setup there...you may want a full computer upgrade to get the performance you want.
