Bios wont load

Ok.. my old pc just stopped working. I did a system restore and when it restarted the pc, the thing just froze there. The power is on, the fans are working, but it wont load anything. Theres uaually a beep after loading the bios, but there isnt so its not my graphic card. The screen is just blank after i turn the power on. So i decided to get a new motherboard and a new cpu, i put them together, same thing happens. It wont load anything can anyone give me some advice on this ?

Sounds like the power supply crapped out on you. I doubt that your old mobo and new mobo both died on you.
