Default BIOS upgrading

My windows action center seems to think my BIOS should be updated. I understand the basics of the process, but I have an issue when it comes to actually choosing the right file to Download. I have an XFX board and the only way to see the files available for download is to log in and register, which ive done, and im even supplying you with a cropped photo as an aid.

My board is:
Serial: J1N075093

You can see there are 3 options for download in that photo, and i have no idea which i should be using, and i cant find any information about it through the XFX website. I would really appreciate some feedback/thoughts/fixes for this. thanks ahead of time folks, ill be keeping an eye out : )

Default Re: BIOS upgrading

I always go with this philosophy:

"If it isn't broken, don't fix it"

Meaning, if there isn't anything wrong with the current BIOS, don't attempt a flash update.
