Ah, OK. This shouldn't be OS dependent. You try any BIOS updates? Did you try running on bare minimum? Board/CPU, PSU, GPU, One stick of RAM, all other devices de-cabled.

Yes, I have updated the bios, and yes I have tried running it with the minimum.
