Bios flashing

hi i have a problem.. i got a new Asus P5GD1-FMS 775 Intel 915GExp and to pair with it i got a new P4 631 3.0 ghz HT 65nm cpu. the number listed for bios on this mobo is 1.01 and i read the cpu to run needs like 1.07.. how do i flash the bios if i dont have floppy disks or a place to insert floppy in.. can i do it somehow with a cdrom, doing it with flash disk sounds outdated and a hassle..

You can make a bootable CD just like a floppy. There are programs available for free which can help you.
