Default Bad ram?

Ive been getting random bsods lately "beginning dump of physical memory".

Could it be bad ram? Ive got 2x1gb and 2x512mb.

Ran over an hour of memtest86, no errors. I did start getting them after installing call of duty 2.

CoD2 doesn't mess with system files.... Try running memtest for over an hour for the ammount of ram you have...
