Default Bad psu

Voltage Sensor(s)
CPU1 Voltage : 2.40V
CPU2 Voltage : 3.25V
+3.3V Voltage : 3.36V
+5V Voltage : 5.13V
+12V Voltage : 2.19V
-12V Voltage : -4.30V
-5V Voltage : -7.66V
Standby Voltage : 4.48V
Battery Voltage : 3.28V

420w psu
are these voltages correct?

do you seriously have 2v on the 12v rail? Good god man, toss that thing.

If your using a program to check the voltages, then you should know programs aren't as accurate as DMM's.

Anyways, All readings should be +/- 5% of what ot should be.
And most of them aren't.

But, I would definitly get a new power supply, assuming this is one that came with the case you bought.
