So I tried to get my computer to read dual channel.

Well when I finished setting that up. I booted my computer up. well sort of.
I push the power button, electricity hits all the fans, and it sounds just like it normally does. Except one thing.

The computer screen doesn't turn on, it says in "power saving mode".
And yes, I've plugged in my computer screen, and double checked.

Anyone have any Ideas? It never made that beeping sound when I push teh button, but it never did that anyways.

Try to use just one stick at a time to test the ram.

are you sure you have your sticks in the right slots per your mobo? not knowing what your hardware is of course

well my system was working with the sticks of ram in the mobo. When i took a stick out is when it started to stop working.
Would static shock cause this?
