i am trying to figure out why none of my .avi files will play i hear the sound of them but i dont see any picture all i see is a design that comes up on the screen like a 3-d figure design if you know what i mean i am using windows media player10

"Storm Codec"

download that pack and use the media player classic it installs....you'll now be able to view any video file known to man pretty much
