with speedfan or everest home edition,i can see a reading of 121celcius that belong to a senser named aux.
it does not show with asus pc probe 2.
what is that sensor?

my board is an asus p5ld2 with a pentium D 3,4 ghz.

121 degrees Celsius = 249.8 degrees Fahrenheit

If there was anything in your computer that was that hot you would know it very quickly. It would probably start smoking and burn.

121 degrees Fahrenheit = 49.4 degrees Celsius

Now if you are actually reading the Fahrenheit # then that sounds way more reasonable.... :)

no it's really in celcius.
i am sure it is wrong but i was wondering what it was.

It's just a phony sensor that is probably misread because there are plenty of people who have that at 120+ degrees, including me. And believe me, nothing in your pc is that hot.
