Audio Hardware not installed

I took out my hard drive due to some problems i was having and i put it back in there and since then it says audio hardware not installed when i try to play music. I also checked various other places and they also say hardware not installed. I'm a novice mind you so this might be something very simple and easy. I used my recovery disk and everything else seems to be working fine. I have a hp pavilion a305w. I'd really appreciate any help. thanks

Check to make sure that all the other cards and items are fully pushed down in the system. Could be that when removing the hard drive you knocked one of them loose.
