ok this has worked before but for some reason after i reformatted my pc today, i cant use the creative auto update program on their web site. i installed all their active x modules and did everythinhg it asked but when i check for updates, my ie crashes. i would use firefox but it doesnt support active x so im sorta screwed. any ideas?
also i just looked in the manage addons panel and non of the active x addons are there. i think thats why but is there any way to fix this?
