ATI drivers won't install

When ever I try to install drivers for this 4890 (sapphire) the drivers stop installing. During the installation it just stops and says it cannot install. The drivers from the disk work fine though.

Any ideas?

Have you used a program such as Driver Cleaner pro to remove the old ones first?

Did you remove the old drivers and software through some other method like through device manager?

Yeah. We got it working. I'm guessing it was due to poor support of the card. Other people have had the problem. The solution was to extract the files and use a command prompt to install them. I'm guessing this is Sapphire's fault.
