ATI AIW Installation Problem

I am trying to install an ATI All In Wonder Radeon VE on a Dell with a 1.6Ghz processor, 2Gb ram and Windows XP 32 bit OS. When I purchased the computer, the hardware installed fine using the cd that came with it and the TV functions worked. Recently, I re-installed the Windows OS and all of the drivers etc. However, the AIW card will NOT allow me to complete the installation of the TV. The only message I get is "ATIMMC.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close" when I'm using the 'Sound Installation Wizard' in setting up the TV. I have done a 'clean installation' as suggested on the ATI site but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks...Steve in Ft Worth.

Did you try the latest drivers?

The drivers from ati site give the same error message, only at a different place in the tv setup process.
