ati 4850 question

Hi everyone. I have an ati radeon 4850 gigabyte overclocked 700mgz and zalman fan edition thing, and I was wondering if these temperatures are alright:
When I'm idle it's around 50c and when I'm gaming I think it goes up to 60c...is that normal or are these temps too big?

Those temps seem ok for a 4850.

They are fine... try using the fan hack to increase it more

if you mod the BIOS to increase the fan a bit more you should be able to get your temps down to around 40C with that cooler

As he isn't using the normal cooler, I don't think the fan tweak applies.

actually, i think you're right craze... and so, im not really sure what is making it so much hotter than normal... that card should idle around 40C because of the constant fan... i spose you could try pulling the heatsink off and giving it a bit of a lap
