Asus P8Z68 v PRO GEN3 no post

Anyone understand this post error. When I switch on pc CPU led flashes, then ram after that it hangs on vga led and I get no bios nothing on screen.
I tuck gpu out and tried again and it's the same, I tried clear cmos still no post so I tuck battery out over night and it still won't post.
I have tried everything and it just won't post is my motherboard damaged?

Do you have multiple RAM sticks? try using it with one memory stick. Your RAM may be causing the problem.

Yes tried that even tuck out all ram to see if post error lands on ram witch it did.
I just tested the psu witch is also working great. I have sent the motherboard in rma will post back once I hear something.

Update
Board was sent back and a fault was found am now getting refunded.
