Long story short:
Installing Server 2003 OS on the Motherboard stated above^^
Don't have Motherboard Driver Installation Disc that would come with the Motherboard package, I checked the manufacturer's website, and the drivers are not there either.

Anyone know where I can download the essential drivers (Ethernet,RAID,BIOS,Utilites..etc.) from a reliable website.

Type "A7N8X" in the model search and select 2003 as the OS, it has them all listed. Some more drivers are listed under XP (which is the same base as Server 2003 if I'm not mistaken).
