Asus 5770 with Samsung T220 problem.

Hi, I'd like to start off saying that this is my first ATI card EVER, I've always been a fan of Nvidia cards, but decided to give ATI a try.

Here's my problem: I use a Samsung T220, max resolution is 1680x1050 / 60Hz.

When I enter the ATI catalyst control center, I can only either go 1440x900 or 1600x1200. But I know 1680x1050 gives me the best resolution and picture quality; as when I had this monitor hooked up to an evGA 8800GTS 512 and in 1680x1050, the picture quality was MUCH better than it is currently. I have updated to the newest drivers, so I know it's not that...........

Can somebody help me with this problem?

Try using a different DVI port perhaps?
If there's an option to set a custom resolution then you could set it to 1650x1050. Dunno for sure if there is such an option, I'm not entirely familiar with ATi drivers.
