Default Asrock 775Dual-880Pro and revisons?

I have a friend trying to upgrade his cpu in his PC. It is a Pentium D 950 and I need to know what Bios Rev. to flash it to? The Motherboard is an Asrock 775Dual-880Pro and its current Bios Rev. is 1.10, if someone could direct me to what Bios Rev. to use and a link to the full Bios Rev. details. If somebody could help, I would gladly appreciate!

Hello,

...why do you need to flash the BIOS?
