Default Anyone familiar with HD Tune?

very old laptop,upgraded a 1G mem. and replaced the harddrive about 2 years ago.
dell inspiron 8600
P4 1.5G
1024+256 RAM
Geforce Go5200
80G Hitachi HD

the thing got extremely slow,and reinstalling winxp doenst help much cuz it gets slow very soon almost sure the laptop is virus/spyware free,and other parts are all functioning well.

here is the test result...doenst look very good.btw ignore the text,its the chinese version of HD Tune.
