oh ok well give this program a try...

it can MAYBE fix some burn in, dead pixel issues...

^what ever is on the screen for a long period of time, whether it be the desktop, a program or anything.

Its not even on a long timwe though, i turn it off every night and never really leave it on more than a few mins when I go afk
