Another problem.......

Ummm guys another problem.....SOmehow, one way or another when i press Ctrl+Alt+Dlt I cant select my Task Manager option.....As far as i know that is impossible to be disabled........Can ani help me? Also there is an annoying popup coming from my taskbar......It's telling me that i got spyware.......I had cleaned it out but the thing is it's still up there....How do i turn it off.....

I think it is a spyware issue...I have had spyware or trojan problem. I have had issues with spyware disabling my ability to change desktop wallpaper (and instead displaying a nice graphic stating that there is spyware present on my computer...also i have had trojans which corrupted norton antivirus
