So i have a amd 3700+ with epox 9nda3+ mobo. The mobo CD that came with it has the AMD cool n quiet driver, though when i install it, set my power settings to minimal powermanagement, neither cpu-z or properties of my computer register the clock speed dropping from 2.2 ghz. any1 have any experience with this not working?
