amd 3800+ heat and runn problems

My computer hasnt been working for a while (blew up my gfx card and broke ram ) but i finally got it working tonite. my cpu is running at 90-95 degrees f and in task manager it says its at 100 % all the time?
i have water cooling can this mean my processor is dying?

i fixed the problem with it beign at 100% something was frozen for a long time, but is 90F high? for water cooling

90F is cool for a CPU. I would OC it if you have good memory.

Well mine right now as we speak is 27 degrees and my lowest was 21 degress that was when I was listening to music and chatting on msn and I have a stock heatsink. On a full load it goes up to 33 degrees and its overclocked a 100mhz. Is yours a dual core or single?
