Exclamation Am I running to hot?

I'm running an Intel Core 2 Duo E6420, 2.13GHz, and I am running at like 35c IDLE, upto like 60+ On games, is this normal? Or should I like shut off my comp, I've been running it like this for about 2 weeks now, I even bought an ok cooler, better than stock... What should I be at, I've always heard 60c, is fried but apparently not with these, some input would be great. Thanks,

my processor runs about 34C idle and 46C full load.

That sounds kinda hot to me. Just my opinion however...

What type of cooler/heat sink did you put on?
60 for just running games seems pretty hot.
