Default After Fromat on C:/Drive can access my E:/ drive

Just formatted my C:/ drive, but cant access my E:/ backup drive now. I see it in SYstem Info and Device manager, but cant acess it, it dosnt show up in my Computer, just my C:/ drive. Cant seam to find out why,

Go to Start > right click Computer > click Manage... > on the left panel, click "Disk Management" > see if it shows up there. If it shows up, and not in RAW format or anything like that, see if you can assign a drive letter to it.

My bad, been a while since I reformatted. After sorting it out, I remember the order now, disconnect backup drive, format main drive, then reconnect backup drive, windows sees new hardware, done. Cant reformat C:/ drive with backup E:/ connected, for some reason windows wont play that way.
