Default Ada3700cfbox & Ada3700bnbox

Anyone tell me what the major difference is in these? I was reading up on them and they have different steppings one is e4 and other is E6, can anyone tell me what the major difference is in these steppings and what the major difference is these processors. newegg has them for .99 cent difference now. As far as i can see the CF has the newer stepping, why not go with that? but why is the cf cheaper if its newer? Please Help!

there really won't be a difference unless you are an overclocker. even if you are an overclocker it is not this line of the processor number that you need to know to identify a good clocking chip
