Have you tried the link in the first reply or trying Driver Sweeper? I'd try uninstalling the Nvidia driver you have installed, use Driver Sweeper in safe mode to clean up (Nvidia Display, not "Chipset") and any Ati display to get rid of anything you still have and then install the latest nvidia drivers again.

I tried Registry Cleaner, it didnt pick up anything ATI or GFX related i dont think, ill try driver sweeper
