Exclamation 8800/gts/gtx black screen bug

i downloaded this mod that fixes the black screen bug on 8800 series card users but its a esp file and i dont have a program to open it and install ?

esp... it that from oblivion? if that is so then you have to put it in the data folder located at C:\program files\bethesda softworks\oblivion\data\ and make sure you enable that mod. and also yeah i play oblivion too w00t! and i had no problems with my 8800 gts 320mb when running oblivion so maybe you need to update your drivers or something

Case: don't know what case it is but it is very crappy
Optical Drive: Lite-on 16X DVD+&- RW DL (died) using a CD-ROM drive until I get a new blu ray burner or whatever i can get
