Baez,
I really don't think its heat related because I do get the red lines even on startup...

I have also tried cleaning my drivers as carnage mentioned... No result.

Though I'll try the ATI tools anyways and post the result asap.

Very well could be a dying card then. Do you still have a warranty on it? EVGA / XFX offer lifetime warranties if you registered the card...may wanna check that out.

Alright, thanks for the help guys!

I still do have a warranty... Good thing... That piece was so expensive 1 year ago I would be hella frustrated if I couldn't get that back.
