Is it 85 DB or 109 DB?

I brought a Creative SB Audigy 4 a few months ago.
I didn't throw the box away, and tonight when I looked at its
specification, I saw something like this:
Maximum stereo output: 109 DB (Decibel).

I get a 5.1 stereo connecting to the SB card.
But the 5.1 stereo can only produce up to 85 DB.

So, I am starting to think the maximum DB I can experience!
Is it 85 DB or 109 DB?


Any idea?
