Default 7900GTO and DualView

Hey all! Story:

I used to use driver version 158.something or other and I had my two 19 inch monitors set up in the DualView mode, each at 1280x1024. It was wonderful. I had it configured so that my taskbar was on the left, with my continuation of desktop space on the right.

Specs of my machine:

Windows Vista Home Premium
Core 2 Duo 1.86GHz overclocked to 2.44GHz
NVidia GeForce 7900GTO (eVGA)
2GB Corsair RAM
Hard drives, speakers, Audigy, all that other good stuff...

So I bought Unreal Tournament 3. It's a great game, and with the new 169.25 drivers, when I switch into DualView, my left (main) screen goes gray with scanlines all across it, while my right turns on and display what it would if DualView were working properly. When I select Clone, it clones the main display properly on both screens. And, of course, Single works, which is what I'm using now. It's okay (okay meaning better than scanlines), but I really hate sitting here with a dark second monitor. It's hard to go back to just one display after using two. Any help to get my DualView back would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Oh, and what I've already tried, with no luck:
-Uninstalling the new driver, using DriverCleanerPro (or something to that effect), and reinstalling
-Doing the above without using DriverCleanerPro (I did this first)
-Praying to any and all deities

thanks for your help!
