Unhappy 7600GT + memory + BF2 + bots = problem

When I start a game in BF2 on my own, with no bots I get around 50 - 70FPS. (on Dalian Plant 64)
As soon as I add 15 bots I get 20 FPS - and with 63 bots I get 5 FPS.
This was all on maximum settings, except lighting = medium. 1024x768, 4x AA.

In 3Dmark05 I get around 2000 points lower than anyone else with a 7600GT. I think the memory is causing the problem - but how do I fix it?
I have dual channel A-Data 512mb DDR RAM. So, 1GB in total.

You can see my other posts on guru3D here.
I have posted under the name 'benjie.rules' and my posts are on the last part of page 4, and all down page 5.
I've only just realised it has to be memory - so thats why the first few posts are blaming the video card.

Thanks for all you help in advance,

Send a message via AIM to kaname

run memtest and see if it returns any errors. If it does, just get yourself some different RAM.
