60+ processes

i currently have 64 processes running, from what i kno its bad and i need help bringing them .Also because im getting cpu usage of 54% and currently getting 100% in a during minutes of interval.Since i dont wanna make a mistake in ending a proccess that i need here are the current processes :

start > run > msconfig > startup tab disable all but your firewall and anti virus reset the computer and your good to go.
